We are seeking to appoint suitably qualified, dedicated and motivated teachers and support staff; who are prepared to go the extra mile for our students. If you have a dynamic and innovative approach to teaching and learning then we look forward to hearing from you.
The Academy became a National Teaching School in February 2015 thanks to its outstanding track record of raising standards both within the academy and also through its outreach support at other schools. Teaching schools are outstanding schools offering high-quality training and development to staff in other schools. The Academy was judged Outstanding by Ofsted in February 2014. Heartlands Academy is a vibrant and successful place of learning, where we are passionate in our belief in all of our students. We are proud of our diversity and have a supportive and welcoming atmosphere. We aim to give all of our students the very best opportunities to grow and develop.
